Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment is needed to salvage the tooth when the nerve is infected either by decay or a crack line extending into the nerve.
Also known as endodontic treatment, patients are always very worried about pain when they hear the term “root canal” treatment. With good anesthesia however, the discomfort level of the treatment can be minimized, so much so that so patient can even doze off during the procedure.

The clinic also carried out root canal therapy for young children. Premature loss of milk teeth might cause disruption in the proper eruption of permanent teeth. Hence, if decay has extended into the nerve of the milk tooth, instead of plucking out the tooth, root canal treatment is a viable option.
